PLANNING + DESIGN

This package is customized to each event. Depending on where you currently are in the planning process this package is fully comprehensive in both logistics and design. We do not offer “partial planning” or “month-of” packages as we prefer to partner with our clients comprehensively. The only exception to this is our Design Only package.

DESIGN ONLY

For those with the logistics under control but need help with the aesthetics. This package is about creating a cohesive design throughout the entire event. From bigger details such as your table settings, decor, linen choices, floral, lighting, favors and rentals to smaller items such as invitations, day-of paper goods, cake design, attire, etc.

WORKSHOPS + RETREATS

We love logistics. We work behind the scenes to create a flawlessly executed workshop/retreat for your group. We’ve planned and designed workshops and retreats for florists, photographers, and corporations.

EXPERIENTIAL DESIGN + PRODUCTION

Our corporate work has included product styling for marketing campaigns, event planning and design, sponsored room design and activations for conferences, booth design and execution, artistic installation design.

Gatherist is not a high volume company. We accept only a small select number of weddings, events, and projects each year to ensure every client gets the luxury experience they deserve.
